Piano Skool teaches through our signature Play-Anything System — a step-by-step method designed to help adults learn real songs while building the skills to eventually figure out music on their own.
We don’t make students grind through the entire classical repertoire just for the sake of tradition.
Instead, we use the best parts of classical training — reading music, hand coordination, technique, rhythm, expression, and musicality — to give students the foundation they need to play the songs and pieces they actually want to play.
When you’re classically trained, your options open up.
You’re not limited to simple chord patterns or basic left-hand accompaniment.
You can learn classical pieces, movie themes, worship songs, pop arrangements, rock ballads, and more — because you understand how music works on the page and under your hands.
We balance playability with impressive sound, so the music feels achievable but still sounds beautiful on the piano.
So unless your main goal is improvised jazz, our method is built to help you become the kind of pianist who can read, learn, practice, and perform real music with confidence.

Both hands together has been my personal nemesis since I first tried to learn piano in college. I gave up then, I gave up a second time three years ago, and I genuinely thought it just wasn't for me. Stacey has a specific system for this that I've never seen anywhere else. She builds each hand separately, layers them slowly, and suddenly it just... works. Day 5 I played Happy Birthday hands together and stood up from the piano like I'd just won something. Because I had.
Passacaglia was so much fun to play. My husband loves it!

Piano Kickstart
"I’d recommend it to anyone coming back after a long break or starting fresh"
I hadn’t played piano in a long time, so I was basically starting over. Stacey’s program got my hands on the keys from the very first lesson - playing real notes, moving across octaves, and learning as I went. It was empowering.
- Karen

Piano Kickstart
"Highly recommend this.."
I'm not a piano player, and I was playing Happy Birthday within hours.
-Fred

Piano Skool Club
"Even more than the confidence - it made me happy"
It made me feel good to be able to master a piece that previously I would have thought impossible to do.
- Jean

Piano Kickstart
“It only took me three 20-minute sessions to learn Happy Birthday, just 60 minutes total.”
The way the lesson is broken into separate hands and small parts makes it incredibly clear and easy for beginners to follow.
-Mason

Piano Kickstart
“I barely even had to look at the music.”
The way that Stacey teaches helps with memorization...
There’s a lot of pattern recognition that’s really important to memorize pieces!

I'm not a YouTube personality who learned piano last year.
I'm a recording artist and professional pianist with a Master's degree from the Manhattan School of Music, 18 million Spotify streams, and 15 years teaching adult beginners - regular people who start with no background and discover they can actually do this.
And after years of teaching, I've watched smart, motivated adults fail for the same preventable reasons over and over:
No roadmap. No feedback. No music they actually cared about. Method books written for seven-year-olds. Motivation that fades. Guilt that turns into avoidance.
Piano Skool was built to change that.
My goal is to give adult learners an exceptional learning experience: structured, personal, fun, encouraging, and built around how adults actually want to learn.
