Refund Policy

- Refund window: Piano Skool purchases include a 14-calendar-day conditional refund.

- Eligibility: To qualify, you must complete the first 3 Premium lessons and submit at least one practice video within the refund window. If you started with the free 10-Day Kickstart, these correspond to Days 11–13 (the first three Premium lessons).

- Deductions for services delivered: If asynchronous feedback has been delivered, $150 per review will be deducted from your refund. If you submit a video but no review has been delivered, no deduction applies.

- Limit: Refunds are not available after 14 calendar days from purchase or after 2 asynchronous reviews have been delivered, whichever comes first.

- Turnaround: We aim to deliver feedback within 48 hours.

- How to request: Email [email protected] from your purchase email. We may request additional information to verify your identity. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
